I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were modern and quiet, equipped with all amenities, but my room was unfortunately right above the restaurant patio, exposing me to bright lights, loud noise, and cigarette smoke. The free bar contents and access to the health center were nice touches. The location was excellent in terms of exploring Rennes and being close to various attractions, but the indoor and outdoor smoking areas were a downside. The dining was good quality overall but incomplete at times. Service was friendly and attentive, though there were some communication hiccups.
The hotel offers small and compact rooms but with nice amenities like toweling robe and slippers, free bar contents, coffee machine, and health center access. The price is a bit high even with a small reduction from booking, making it not the best value for money. The service is exceptionally friendly and helpful, including car care and laundry assistance. The central location makes it easy to explore cafes, restaurants, and shops.
